We know you're excited to receive your parcel! Your items will be shipped out within 3 working days once we have received your payment. You will be notified on the delivery status via email. 

 

We provide complimentary local courier for all orders above SGD60. 

All local orders below SGD60 will be shipped by a courier service at a standard rate of $5. 

HOW DO I AMEND MY DELIVERY INFORMATION?

Should you accidentally entered an incorrect delivery info, do contact us immediately providing your order number and the correct details to thegeneralessentials@gmail.com. 

The amendment of delivery info is subject to the status of your order. We are unable to make the necessary changes once your parcel is under the custody of our local courier partner and is en route to delivery. 

We will try our best to do whatever we can to help. Despite our best efforts, we will not be liable for LOST or STOLEN parcels. Hence, kindly ensure that you have provided the accurate details at all times.
